3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Results vary by industry, volume, and adoption. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, or other metrics. Any projections or estimates provided are for illustrative purposes only.

4. HIPAA Compliance

For healthcare clients: We implement technical and operational safeguards designed for HIPAA compliance. However, HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility. We implement the system and controls; your organization must follow documented procedures and maintain appropriate policies.

5. No Medical Advice

Our systems provide operational automation only. We do not provide medical advice, clinical decision-making automation, or any services that constitute the practice of medicine.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

You own your data. We grant a limited, non-transferable license to use the deployed configuration and services during the subscription term. We retain ownership of underlying methodologies, templates, tools, and IP.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascent AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
